Process: I created this piece with Illustrator and InDesign for Graphic Design I. The middle card is the back and the king and "4" card are examples of the style for the whole deck.
This composition is asymmetrical in proportion when looking at all three of the cards as a whole. Low key hues of gray and aqua colors were selected, to contrast with the black, to accent the positive and negative space within the individual compositions. From left to right, the left section of the composition is heavier in proportion when compared with the card of four hearts on the right.The center card is definitively the point of interest of this peace.
